The Alabama woman who accused Jay-Z of a 2000 sexual assault - only to find herself sued by the New York City rap icon - has filed papers asking the court to scuttle the case filed against her. Jay-Z's accuser - who says the Empire State Of Mind artist and Sean 'Diddy' Combs sexually assaulted her when she was 13 - identifies herself as Jane Doe in court documents. The case was ultimately dropped in February in what the 99 Problems rapper characterized as a 'victory.
